Installshield Prerequisite Msiexec

Hi I am trying to install.net framework 4.5.2 from Installshield. When I run setup.exe from Installshield as custom action I get following error. If I include.net framework 4.0 instead of 4.5.2 I do not get any error and installation goes well.

After digging more I have found that the setup.exe detectes existing msiexec.exe process and waits for it to complete. If I manually kill msiexec.exe from task manager the setup progresses.

In the Specify the application you wish to launch list, select the file—typically a Setup.exe setup launcher or an.msi file—that should be launched on the target machine if the InstallShield prerequisite is installed. The strange thing is why.net framework 4.0 does not wait for the msiexec.exe process to finish. I have strong feeling that there is some change in bootstrapper of.net framework 4.5.2 ( standalone installer) Can anybody from offer me help please.

Anii Pierduti Serial. 5.2 is not listed as a prerequisite, do you mind to consult forum to consult whether it is a supported version first?I'm thinking that maybe you are using Win 8.1 and in which.NET 4.0 is a embedded feature, which may related to this issue.
