These guys are more like blade servers and they get all their power and everything. This piticular board (or at least the one in the manual if it is that one) gets all the power from the 3 Big connectors on the side. This like hard drives, ect and other things as well. I could be wrong since i never messed with a board that old but without the enclosure with the backplane i doubt you can get it on.
Here is the motherboard manual the only thing under the cards is this award '1998 pci/pnp 659' I'm going to.

This old Dell has a serial port, used to interface with the ODBII cable and applications I have. Used for talking to the old vehicles. Sure, I could buy a new USB ODBII interface.

That is for speaker. The bottom left two is for the reset. The bottom two on the right look like they are they main power (you can test just using a screw driver (I always perfer a philips because it doesn't slip and touch other pins as much) the the next two up is power LED probably and then next two up are HDD led. The Speaker and LED's do only go one way. So if you put them on and they don't work reverse them.
Can't see to find an exact motherboard model on it. I use to have a similar board back in my Slot 1 days and the model number is usually in between all the cards that you have plugged in. The Intel 440BX was a boot chipset to me back in the day. Did quite a bit of overclocking on those guys. Only thing is they only take a 256MB stick of ram per slot. Had a gig and a half in there and could only use half of that XD.
Trust me I have been replacing CMOS batteries since before this board came out. You can use just about any CR2032 battery. Nissan Ga13 Engine Service Manual on this page. Most likely it will be either Energizer or Duacell. Either one will work just fine BUT if it isn't saying anything about it being CMOS battery low don't worry about it.
